SAMEER KISHORE
President

Mr. Kishore has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry and is a 15-year veteran of Wipro Ltd., Infocrossing's parent company. Prior to his current positions with Infocrossing, Mr. Kishore headed Wipro's Technology Infrastructure Services for the Americas, tripling its growth in less than three years. His career began in sales, and over the years, Mr. Kishore built various businesses successfully within Wipro. He was a founding member of the team that started the Financial Solutions business in North America, and later on, the E-Commerce business globally. Over the last 13+ years, Mr. Kishore has worked extensively with global organizations in North America and helped them in their outsourcing initiatives. He has played a key role in laying the foundation for establishing Wipro as one of the world's leading software service providers.

SHIVAKUMAR RAJAGOPALAN
Chief Financial Officer


Prior to his appointment as Infocrossing's CFO, Mr. Rajagopalan led the integration team after Wipro Ltd.'s acquisition of the company in September 2007. He joined Wipro from GE, where he worked in different positions for the past 14 years. His initial association with Wipro was with Wipro GE Healthcare in India, eventually serving as CFO for the group. He led the group's Oracle implementation for the supply chain function across 40+ manufacturing locations and has directed the finance integration of two large GE acquisitions in Milwaukee and London.

JACK STORY
Chief Technology Officer

Jack Story is Chief Technology Officer for Infocrossing, a Wipro Company. He is responsible for establishing and directing the technology leadership for Infocrossing. These responsibilities cover the strategy for Infocrossing’s data centers as well as strategic planning, technology innovation, and thought leadership.  Prior to Infocrossing, Story served as a Chief Technologist for EDS in their Infrastructure Service Lines. He serves on numerous advisory councils and has spoken at technology seminars.  Story holds a Masters of Science in Information Technology from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lambuth University.

Vince DeLuca
Senior Vice-President, Service Delivery


Vincent DeLuca has 20-years of enterprise service and technology experience. Mr. DeLuca joined Infocrossing as Senior Vice President in April 2004, with overall responsibility for service delivery and client engagement. In this role DeLuca’s mission is to enable and accelerate client success with Infocrossing services by providing a focused, client-driven approach to relationship management and excellence in overall service. In addition, Mr. DeLuca takes an active role in the pursuit of growth opportunities and developing corporate strategy and direction. Prior to his role with Infocrossing, Mr. DeLuca served in executive leadership roles with SMS and Marconi’s worldwide Enterprise Division.

GARRY LAZAREWICZ
Senior Vice-President, Research and Development


Mr. Lazarewicz joined Infocrossing in 1995 upon the acquisition of MCC Corporation where he was Vice President of Corporate Research and Development. At MCC, Mr. Lazarewicz was directly responsible for supporting the company's largest client, a multi-billion dollar Japanese Transportation Company. Support included the design and development of all application systems, as well as research and implementation of the latest technologies used by the client to control its North American Operations. Prior to joining MCC, Mr. Lazarewicz was Director of MIS for Global Terminal and Container Services. With over 30 years of experience in all facets of IT, Mr. Lazarewicz brings a wide range of management and technical skills across multiple operating systems and hardware platforms.

NICHOLAS J. LETIZIA
Senior Vice-President and General Counsel


Mr. Letizia was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel in April 2001 after serving as Infocrossing's Chief Financial Officer since November 1998. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of InterEquity Capital Corporation ("InterEquity"), a small business investment company headquartered in New York City. Before joining InterEquity in November 1997, Mr. Letizia was Vice President of, and later a consultant to, Helmstar Group, Inc. from 1987 until November 1997. His previous experience includes a position as Vice President of DLJ Real Estate, Inc., the real estate investment-banking group at DLJ, and a tax manager at Arthur Andersen & Co.

MICHAEL WILCZAK
Senior Vice-President, Corporate Development


Mr. Wilczak is responsible for Infocrossing's strategic corporate activities, including revenue growth from mergers and acquisitions and indirect sales channels. Mr. Wilczak joined Infocrossing from Global Network Technology Services (GNTS) - the infrastructure services spin-off from Cabletron Systems (now Enterasys Networks) - where he lead the e-Infrastructure Outsourcing business to rapid growth and profitability. In this role, he had global leadership responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, solution lifecycle management, and operational management of GNTS' largest and most profitable business unit. Mr. Wilczak joined GNTS after spending several years defining, building and executing successful, strategic market development strategies for Qwest and AT&T. Mr. Wilczak also led a private consulting group working with leading technology companies to develop their product life-cycle, market positioning and penetration strategies for outsourcing and managed service solutions.
